AS-Mechanics specializes in custom construction work in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Whether you’re looking for a single staircase or a complete structure for your business, we manage every project from design to completion. Thanks to our EN1090 certification up to Execution Class 2, all our structures meet the strictest quality and safety standards.
In our well-equipped workshop, we combine craftsmanship with modern machinery. For example, we have CNC turning capabilities up to 3 meters in length and milling with a work surface of 500 x 1810 mm. Sheet metal working and conventional piecework are also part of our daily activities. We also have a waterjet for cutting various materials and a press brake for precisely bending metal. We will soon expand our capabilities even further with a laser for metal cutting. This allows us to efficiently and accurately produce both small parts and larger metal structures.
We create a wide range of applications: mounting brackets, handrails, stairs, canopies, walkways, and complete custom solutions. Do you have a specific idea or a complex issue? REALISATIONS
- Design and production of custom-made stainless steel dump hoppers.
- Construction of a platform to support a heat curtain and drying unit.
- Adjustment of guides with a smoothly adjustable system based on the package size.
- Execution of floor works in which the floor was adjusted and extended from below.
- AS Mechanics installed an aluminum shield that completely blocks out dust, while the area remains easily accessible.
- A fixed panel was replaced with a hinged panel for improved accessibility.
- Construction of a canopy above the spray-off room where funnels can be sprayed off.
- AS Mechanics developed custom-made grilles around cooling units on behalf of the architect, as an aesthetic solution to nuisance to the neighbors.
- Execution of crane work for the installation of fan, collector and filter systems on the roof.
- Design and construction of a fully customised steel platform for machine access in an existing installation, in accordance with EN1090 certification.
- Development of a vestibule mechanism to reduce wind and draught problems at frequently opened gates.
- Installation of railings and a wall with a custom window in an office building with industrial furnishings.
- Realization of a platform that was suspended from an existing structure.
- Design and installation of a bridge structure above a moving can conveyor line.
- Realization of a laboratory space constructed from sandwich panels.
- Construction of a stainless steel fitting, made fully food-safe.

- Construction of a preparation area within a production hall, constructed with a steel support structure and sandwich panels, custom-made for the customer.
- Realisation of a stainless steel supporting structure from which piping and machines were suspended.
